To cap the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour event held earlier in Los Angeles, Square Enix announced that they have bumped the release year for Kingdom Hearts III out of 2018 and into 2019, but now has a precise date. Luckily and hopefully sticking with the new date, fans won’t have much longer to wait as the game is set to release for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on January 29th, just one month into the new year. Tetsuya Nomura, the game’s director, offered a statement apologizing for the extra time they needed and to let fans be aware of additional information and a few trailers being revealed at E3 2018 which officially kicks off this week.
